Refund Policy (Percentage Format)

If you discontinue the service, your refund will be based on how much of the 12-month service is still unused.

• If you cancel in Month 1, you will receive a 75% refund of the annual fee (excluding GST).
• If you cancel in Month 2, you will receive a 66.67% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 3, you will receive a 58.33% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 4, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 5, you will receive a 41.67% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 6, you will receive a 33.33% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 7, you will receive a 25% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 8, you will receive a 16.67% refund.
• If you cancel in Month 9, you will receive an 8.33% refund.

After the ninth month, no refund is applicable.
